We are a loving grooming company started in August 2017. Over time we have grown our clientele and become well-known throughout Winter Garden for our expertise and kindness when it comes to dealing with our clients and their fur babies. WHAT MAKES US DIFFERENT?

We started this business because we noticed a disconnect between us and our personal groomers. Taking our dogs to the groomers just wasn't a pleasant experience. We noticed that upon arrival people would just leave their dogs and the dog would be cared for once it was their turn. But, there was no connection or communication. If dogs were matted, they were shaved down- no questions asked. Our pets often left with irritated skin and seemed hesitant every visit when walking in the building. This was our sign that something was wrong. We decided to make a change and be who we wanted to see in the community. Not only are we one of the very few places that provide de-matting services but we also groom felines! We strive to communicate to our customers if any skin issues are present or if their pet's coat is in a poor condition because we care.
